I’m Rian, a licensed cosmetologist and Loctician specializing in Loc extensions, repairs, restoration, and precision maintenance. My approach to Loc care prioritizes scalp health, clean parts, and strong foundations so your Locs can thrive long-term. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Travel Policy
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is not canceled within this timeframe, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged a 75% no-show fee to the card on file.
Please respect the salon space and policies while visiting:
• No food is allowed in the suite
• Bottled beverages with secure tops are permitted
Travel Appointment Policy
Appointments booked during travel service dates must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation message. If the appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours, the appointment may be canceled.
A repeat confirmation text will be sent, and non-refundable deposits will be processed 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Travel fees apply to services booked outside of Tulsa and may vary depending on the city, state, and distance traveled. Travel fees are subject to change at any time.
